How do you get to the Valley of Flowers?

Govind Ghat is the closest road access to The Valley of Flowers. From Dehradun, it takes about 11 hours to get reach Joshimath, then another hour to get to Gobindghat. It's a 13-kilometer (8.1-mile) trip from Gobindghat to Ghangaria base camp through a steep, narrow, but well-defined mountain track.
