The breathtaking valley, which lies between 3300 and 3650 metres above sea level, is a nature lover's paradise. It stretches for about 6 kilometres from Bhuindhar village and covers an area of 87 square kilometres. The valley is abundant in flowers and has the world's largest array of wild flower plants. The river Pushpawati winds its way through the lush valley. From June to early September, the valley is ablaze with exotic flowers. The area was designated as a National Park in 1982, and there are approximately 520 species of flowering plants. This national park is home to Himalayan black bears, musk deer, brown bears, Bharal, and a diverse range of birds and butter flies. Five Reasons To Do The Tarsar Marsar Trek

Is Tarsar Marsar in Kashmir on your bucket list? Not yet, right? It will be after we tell you all about it, so don't worry. Kashmir is much more than Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Sonmarg. Kashmir is known as the Valley of the Lakes. There are over 15 enchanting lakes deep in Kashmir's valleys and mountains that can only be reached by trekking. The lakes of Tarsar and Marsar, deep in the Lidder valley, are a delight for trekkers, unlike the popular Dal Lake in Srinagar, which attracts tourists. Tarsar and Marsar are two oligotrophic alpine lakes in the vicinity of each other, separated by a mountain range. The two lakes are sometimes referred to as twin sisters because of their close proximity and identical physical characteristics. Tarsar Lake drains into the Lidder River, while Marsar Lake drains into Dal Lake in Srinagar and flows in the opposite direction. Local Kashmiris recommend Tarsar Marsar as the only trek that takes you to the heart of Kashmir and offers heavenly views of K

Haven't glaciers always piqued your interest? Don't you secretly wish to see the magnificent source of a glistening river? Isn't it thrilling to be able to walk around the glacier? Vyas Kund (Beas Kund) was named after the sage Beas (Beas River in Hindi). According to legend, the holy sage used to bathe and meditate along this river, which he regarded as extremely sacred. But it is the unimaginable natural beauty that surrounds the river and its source that is most shocking. Imagine walking through lush green grasslands and meadows in the foothills of Manali's three highest peaks. The breathtaking glacier is undoubtedly the highlight of Beas Kund trek , but the stunning landscape of vast open fields awash in pure greenish meadows is another pleasant surprise. Several narrow lanes of the Beas Kund river (also known as the river Beas) slicing through the fields, adding a gleaming touch. The trail begins with huge boulders and rocks that are difficult to navigate; you wil

The top of the Hampta Pass provides a spectacular view of two valleys. On one hand, there is a lush green Kullu valley, while on the other, there are barren mountains and a stark landscape in Lahaul. To get such views, you must ascend to the top, which is steep, rocky, and vertical. You will be guided to Chandratal Lake, a beautiful moon lake, at the end of the trek. The lake is located at an elevation of 14,100 feet, and if you want to see the lake in the moon-shaped shape as defined, you can walk up the adjacent mountain, where the ridge will reveal the true meaning of the Chandratal. The road to Chandratal Lake begins at the Chatru campsite and continues through a bumpy scenic path. Chandratal Lake is surrounded by peaks and meadows and is located near the Chandra River's source.
