The Roopkund walk, located in Uttrakhand's Chamoli area, takes you on a journey through numerous mysteries, mythology, and local culture. The roopkund trek in Uttarakhand ascends to a height of 7,662 feet above sea level. The 10-kilometer roopkund walk begins in the little settlement of Lohajung. The trip begins with views of the Nanda Ghunti, Trishul, Nanda Devi, and other natural wonders, as well as the Gomati River on the flanks.
The Roopkund trail begins at Kathgodam and leads to Raun Bagad through a well-marked path. After passing through somewhat mixed forests and crossing the Neel Ganga River on an iron bridge, we arrived in Didna.

Later on, the journey starts early in the morning with an initial ascent. Hike to Bhagwabasa via the zigzag ascent to Kalu Vinayak, passing through the snow line. Return after paying your respects. The following day, proceed to the Roopkund.
