Camping at Triund Hill
Triund, a majestic crest beneath the enormous Dhauladhar range, oozes Himalayan grandeur and provides amazing views. Triund Hill camp, which is surrounded by jungle-clad terrains and located at a height of 2,828 metres, offers jaw-dropping sunrise and sunset vistas that leave one speechless. Your experience begins with a relaxing stroll down a road that is off the main path. Triund is Dharamshala's crown treasure. At Mcleodganj, Riding Solo and I began our trek. We next boarded a taxi to the Gallu temple. For me, a crowded Sumo was a new sensation. It was rush hour, and a seven-kilometer cab ride took two hours. However, the chaos was short-lived as we began our journey with a guide and marvelled at Kangra Valley's splendour.
