Har Ki Dun Trek April
Har Ki Dun Trek April
Summer (April to June) and post-monsoon are the optimum times to go on this walk (September to December). If you wish to do snow trekking, the winter is the best time to visit. Allow ample time to adapt because the climate at high altitudes differs from that on the plains.
You may expect good weather during the summer. There is usually no fog and the sky is clear the most of the time. Remember to bring light woollen clothes if you're going on a hike in the summer because the temperature decreases at night.
During the winter months, the tranquilly and peace of Har Ki Dun Valley are at their peak. The region receives a lot of snow in the winter, thus hotel options are restricted. Warm gear, such as jackets, raincoats, fleece jackets, and thermals, should be packed if you're travelling in the winter.
