Triund is a tranquil and pleasant trekking location in Himachal Pradesh, India. The journey leads to a platform from which you may not only see the spectacular Dhaulaadhar peaks, but also make wishes while staring at the shooting stars on clear evenings. It receives a substantial amount of snowfall from the end of the year to the middle of February.

The hike is 6.5 kilometres long and takes about 4-5 hours to complete. It's a mix of easy and difficult hiking trails that go among enormous oak trees and lush green mountain vistas (Cotton white snow in winters). The voyage is open from March to December, although the best months to travel and trek to Triund are March and July. (It is closed from January to the end of February due to severe snowfall.)
Triund has one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in the world; from the peak, you can see a spectacular sunrise and sunset, as well as an incredible sky filled with bright and glittering stars. You'll feel like you're sitting in the Himalayan Dhaulaadhar Ranges' nest.
