Triund Trekking Guide
Triund Trekking Guide
The Triund Trek is a must-do excursion for the majority of visitors to Dharamshala and Mcleodganj. The spectacular snow-capped Dhalaudhars, the breathtaking views, and the not-so-narrow pathways lure even novice trekkers to this lovely excursion.
Due to its ease and accessibility, the Triund Trek has become a popular trekking path for visitors from India and throughout the world. Because of the steep yet well-defined pathways, the walk is suitable for people of all ages (I saw kids as young as 10 complete the trek).
I'll go through all you need to know about trekking up to the magnificent hill in the current Triund hike blog. If you desire, you can watch a short video about the Triund hike.
Triund Hill, at a height of 2842 metres (9342 feet) above sea level, is found in the Dhauladhars. The region's closest snowline is beyond the Triund trek. Triund is around 3 kilometres away.
